Accomodations and Meal Packages

The Day Package includes lunch at a rate of $18 per lunch. For those attending for the day, it is necessary to go to the ASNM registration desk at the conference to pay this fee and receive a meal voucher. Cash or a check made out to “American Society for Nanomedicine” will be accepted.

The Full Package includes lodging (Oct. 13-14: $179 per night; Oct. 15-16: $159 per night), meals and two coffee breaks. Kindly contact the Bolger Center directly for further details. We request that you use ASNM's group code upon registering: 104418.

The Full Package is strongly recommended for those attendees who plan on lodging as the costs of an alternative place to stay overnight in the Washington DC area will far exceed the price of the package above. The packages have been created to enhance the attendee’s experience.

The American Society for Nanomedicine has a guaranteed room rate. The Bolger Center occasionally offers promotional rates via its website and external websites, to fill unsold guest rooms during certain time periods. These promotional rates are targeted toward the hotel's transient customer and do not apply to group contracts.

Any reservations made outside of the ASNM's contracted room block will be transferred into the group block, so that the ASNM can achieve its contracted room block obligation.

Any discrepancies between the individual reservation and the group rate will be charged to the participant's individual credit card.
